Oh my gosh. This book is very interesting. I cannot wait till the ending. Everyone keeps on saying that the ending was sad but confusing. What I heard was he escaped his community and ran off into the mountains. So I was like ok. Then bam, it hit me. Iyanna told me that he later died. The Giver
I did not know that how far you get into the book, the more interesting it becomes. So right now Jonas wants the memories to be out. He wants The Giver to come with him someplace. Then they start talking about Rosemary. Rosemary was the Receiver of Memories a while ago. She asked to be released. The Giver was devastated, because he soon came to develop feelings towards Rosemary. When Jonas heard that story, he began to think about Fiona. His best-friend who is a girl. Not to mention he also has a crush on her.
